Impressively, they can dive to depths exceeding 1,000 feet and leap up to 20 feet out of the water.
Spinner Dolphins, found in tropical waters globally, captivate with their acrobatic prowess. Known for their mesmerizing spins mid-air, they're a spectacle to behold. Belonging to the Delphinidae family, adult Spinner dolphins typically measure 129-235 cm in length and weigh between 23-79 kg. Sporting elongated rostrums and triangular dorsal fins, they exhibit tripartite color patterns, with dark gray dorsally, light gray sides, and a pale gray or white underside. A distinctive dark band running from the eye to the flipper, bordered by a thin, light line, adds to their striking appearance.
