How can you order activity on this Website?

 

The order process is very easy and guarantees maximum Safety:

 

1. Choose the activity you desire

2. You pay for your trip directly with us on the day of your trip by Cash or Credit Card.

3. Payment with your credit card while using a secured (128bits encryption) master card certified system.

4. Or before your trip, you can make your payment by Bank Transferred as we get the transfer you will be confirmed by mail which you will use as your Voucher.

5. Note that every Saturday the Company is closed and no response or activity will be done on this day.

 

Ordering an Activity for a specific preferred date - how does it work?

 

This option will entitle you to reserve and guarantee your place for the activity you desire on a specific time and date that suit you the most and do so as part of the initial order to process this is valid for Speedboat trip, Catamaran trip, Pirate Trip, Visiting the Dolphin and Diving.

 

When choosing the option to order an activity for a specific date, you need to ask us your preferred date for the activity as part of the order process. Please note that In case your order any activity that takes more than 1 Day (Diving courses), the preferred date represents the date on which you would like to start the activity.

 

After finalizing your order, you will receive an email to confirm your booking and the detail of your order.

 

The final confirmation of your booking of the activity for your preferred date will be sent to you by E-mail within the 24hr  dating form the day the order was made.

 

Ordering Private Speed Boat Activity:

 

- You can make your reservation by E-mail, Phone Call, or Walk Directly to the office

- You can make your reservation from 30 days to day 1 prior to the date which you choose for your trip

- To make a reservation that very day from your trip is possible but you have to contact us in the morning to know if the boat is available and to give us all the necessary details, (the number of participants, the Chosen Trips, and your extras desired) and you are free to choose the time to your trip from 9 am.

- If you live in hotels such as Bourgain Ville, Le Tropical, The Touessrock, or in Bungalow, Villa in trou D'eau Douce we can pick you up directly to make your Trips. 

 

Ordering Shared Basics Trip for Ile aux Cerfs:  

 

- The shared Trip is always available, It is not necessary to book in advance.

- In the shared basics option you will get the boat every 30 min Start from 9 am to 11.30 am

- Payment is made directly in the office by Cash or Credit Card.

 

Ordering Catamaran/Pirate Trip:

 

- All reservations should be made in advance before your By E-mail or Phone Call

- 3 days is the minimum to make the reservation for your trip because it depends on the Availability

 

Ordering Dolphin Basics and Private Trips:

 

- All reservations should be made in advance before, The Reservation Should be Made by E-mail or Phone Call

Payment and excess:

 

Total payment is done on delivery/drop-off of the car: in euros(€), in Mauritian rupees (Rs), or with a credit card (Visa or Master).

 

The euro will be calculated at the exchange rate in force on the day of delivery.

 

An excess of 375€/Rs 15000.00 is due at delivery of the Vehicle (Imprint from your credit card without being debited except in case of accident or damage/loss caused to the Vehicle).

 

 

Reserving the activity on a Specific Preferred Date:

 

In order For us to process your order request in full and provide you with the activity you desire on your preferred date, we advise that you will order the activity a minimum of 7 days prior to the date on which you would like to go/use the activity. All reservations are subject to availability.

 

In some cases, due to reasons beyond our control (cases of no availability or bad weather conditions), it will not be possible to provide the activity on your preferred dates for reserving the activity, and will personally discuss all possibilities in order to find the best solution on which suits you most. In case we will not be able to find an alternative date or solution which suits you most. In case we will not be able to find an alternative date or solution which will be acceptable to you, we will offer you a full money back as detailed in our cancellation policy but if you have paid for the activity by credit card we will only deduct our credit card processing.
